El acuario de Veracruz es sin duda el mejor lugar turístico en Veracruz tanto para adultos y niños. Es considerado uno de los más grandes en América Latina y ofrece diversas actividades.

2. Isla De Sacrificios
La famosa isla de sacrificios es un icono del puerto de Veracruz, debido a que se puede divisar desde el boulevard, por lo que podrás apreciar unos hermosos amaneceres y ocasos reposando sobre la isla.
Esta isla está cerrada al público, pero puedes tomar una embarcación o si eres más aventurero un kayak, para conocer de cerca esta hermosa isla, divisar un barco hundido que ahora funciona como un arrecife y contemplar el hermoso faro.
3. Cancuncito
Famosa y muy visitada tanto por turistas como por lugareños, cancuncito es sin duda uno de los mejores lugares turísticos de Veracruz. Este lugar lo conoces al tomar el recorrido a la isla de sacrificios.
Aunque se cree que cancuncito es una isla, realmente es un banco de arena, que sale a la superficie en primavera y verano, brindando a los bañistas un lugar donde asolearse y bañarse en aguas cristalinas.

El sitio histórico más conocido de Veracruz debido a la cantidad de historias y leyendas que posee el lugar. Su origen comienza en 1518 cuando llega por primera vez a estas costas el español Juan Grijalva, quien nombra a este islote como San Juan de Ulúa.
